Aron - winter wheat
Aron – very productive, early winter wheat variety, bred in Germany in SW company. With proper fertilization the protein content is 14% on average. The high protein content is closely related both to the high sedimentation and very good falling number. In Germany Aron is the export variety due to the excellent quality of flour.
